December 1

ANNUAL Application for Tuition Assistance Opens

• Current and prospective students entering Kindergarten - 8th Grade are eligible to apply for Tuition Assistance through FACTS.

• Apply by January 1 to receive a decision by January 15.

• NOTE: You must submit all necessary documents as requested from FACTS to complete your application for scholarship.

JANUARY 15 - JANUARY 31

Continuous RE-Enrollment Opt-Out Period

• Your child will be considered enrolled for the next school year, and a non-refundable Registration Fee billed (per student) in February, unless you email the admissions office (admissions@gostmark.org) to opt-out during this period.*

*Twos families, rising to PK3, will be emailed 1/15 with instructions for completing an Enrollment Contract.

• All families will be emailed 1/15 the option to update family/student information, and/or enrollment preferences.

• Families who opt-out of Continuous Enrollment, and wish to re-enroll their child(ren) after January 31, will be considered on a space-available-basis. A $150 Late Registration Fee will be assessed, on top of the Registration Fee, if/when a space is confirmed.

February 15

Non-Refundable Registration Fee Due, Per Student

• Families on auto-pay will have this fee automatically deducted through FACTS on this date.

• Families who are not on auto-pay must pay the Registration Fee(s) in FACTS by this date to avoid a $150 Late Registration Fee charge and loss of placement for the next school year.
