ADMISSIONS
Why St. Mark Lutheran?
Our mission distinguishes us. We introduce students to the life-changing love of Jesus through Scholarship, Ministry, and Leadership. Time is set aside each day for religious instruction and students attend a weekly chapel service. Our goal is to engage each student in learning who they are in Christ and lead them to have a personal relationship with Him.
We value small classes. We are committed to maintaining a low student to teacher ratio in the classroom. In our Early Childhood (EC) program the student to teacher ratio is 3:1 for Infants/Tiny Tots, 4:1 for Waddlers, 6:1 for Toddlers, 7:1 for Two's, and 8:1 for PK3 - Bridge. Within our Elementary program our average class size is under 15 students, and in Middle School the average class size is fewer than 20 students.
Graduates thrive. Our graduates leave with the confidence and experience to actively participate in the high school classroom and extra curricular activities. Since 2004, 20 SML graduates have gone on to become Valedictorian or Salutatorian of their high school graduating class.
